In order to receive overnight visitors, the Fractal Group erected the Cold Spring Guest House on a wooded lot surrounded by red maple and elm trees within walking distance of the Hudson Valley Country House.

The cedar and laminate wood pavilion—which consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as a kitchen and dining area—is largely glazed to receive full light in the living room, making it a relaxing weekend retreat that is ideally integrated with its environment.
