On a private stretch of sandy beach along Napeague Harbor, just east of Amagansett, this 1948 bungalow underwent a complete renovation in 2010 to update its framework and modernize its finishes.
The Fractal Group replaced the substructure and plumbing and electrical services, as well as installed new maple flooring and cedar roof trusses, which are exposed by raised ceilings.
